Shipping and Handling

Canadian Orders are shipped Expedited Parcel or XpressPost, while US Orders are shipped Expedited Parcel USA or ExpressPost USA. Expedited Parcel and XpressPost shipping to Canada or the USA carry a tracking number and insurance. International Orders are shipped Surface or Air depending on weight and destination. International orders DO NOT have tracking or insurance. Products that may be considered sensitive in nature are shipped in discreet packaging.

Orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days and delivery is up to two weeks; International Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.

Returns

Due to the nature of some of the products, these products are not returnable; unless returned unopened within 15 days of purchase, or if product was shipped on error. All sales are final sales. Other exceptions are specified in product information. Products offering a Money Back Guarantee are subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless product shipping was our error. Returned orders shipped to an address in Canada that received free shipping will be charged Shipping and Handling costs for the order unless product shipping was our error. Return shipping and handling is customer responsibility.
